These terms govern your use of IntelliSpend (the "app"), a product of Kyron Infotech. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
IntelliSpend helps you track spending by detecting transactions from device notifications you permit it to read, and by letting you record and organize accounts, budgets, goals, subscriptions, and related information. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
You sign in using Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (and at least 13).
The information the app shows — including auto-detected transactions, balances, categories, insights, and projections — is provided for your convenience only and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. IntelliSpend does not provide financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Always verify important figures against your official bank, card, and account statements.
The app relies on third-party services (including Google Firebase, Google AdMob and its mediation partners such as Meta Audience Network, and Microsoft Clarity). Your use of the app is also subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their services. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
The app may display advertising to keep it free. Where required, we request your consent for personalized ads and honor your choices. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
We aim to keep the app working reliably but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelliSpend and Kyron Infotech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or savings, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless local law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
